Unfortunately no. Because of strict liability reasons, we cannot allow our clients to physically give our technicians a hand with any projects. For jobs that require heavy lifting or multiple tasks we make sure to provide enough technicians for the job.

Yes we do! We have a 30-day warranty on all of our building and assembly services. If you notice a problem with any of your products after it has been assembled by one of our technicians, then give us a call within 30 days and we'll come to you and fix the problem for you.
Typically the technicians at Pro Assemble 505 will not dispose of the cartons or trash in residential assembly projects. We will, however, make sure not to leave your house in disarray. Our technicians will neatly stack the waste for you so it will be easier for you to throw away, and will also keep your home tidy by collecting waste throughout the building and assembly process.

Yes. Pro Assemble 505 is open for service Mondays through Sundays from 8 am to 6 pm. You can request an appointment at any time of the day during our business hours. All appointments are subject the availability of our technicians. In the rare case of a technician missing your appointment due to circumstances out of their control, we will be happy to reschedule your assembly at no extra cost.
For the most part, building and assembly appointments take place between two days and one week. However, if we aren't busy with appointments then a technician will schedule you for an appointment within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes. The technician will contact you the 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your address, your availability, and to get directions to where the assembly will take place.
Before you schedule your appointment, please place all items in the room or area where you want them to be assembled. It is also important to remember to clear the area of any furniture or items to allow enough space for the technician to assemble your product.
Yes. Each Pro Assemble 505 technician has all the necessary tools and equipment to complete each product assembly.
