  • How can I schedule an appointment?

    The quickest and easiest way to book an appointment with one of our assembly technicians is to fill out the online form on our website. Or, if you would rather, just give us a call and provide us with a complete description of your item (item name, make or model; barcode, item or SKU number; etc.).


  • As a client, can I assist the installers with assembly and building tasks?

    Unfortunately no. Because of strict liability reasons, we cannot allow our clients to physically give our technicians a hand with any projects. For jobs that require heavy lifting or multiple tasks we make sure to provide enough technicians for the job.


  • Can I tip the assembly technician?

    Yes! If you feel like you were given outstanding service by our technicians then you can absolutely leave a tip, but it is not an obligation.


  • How long does it take to assemble an item?

    Each building and assembly project varies a little depending on the product. Here at Pro Assemble 505 we pride ourselves on the ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Our technicians are very experienced and use industry standards and best practices to build and assemble your item as quickly as possible.


  • Do you guarantee your work?

    Yes we do! We have a 30-day warranty on all of our building and assembly services. If you notice a problem with any of your products after it has been assembled by one of our technicians, then give us a call within 30 days and we'll come to you and fix the problem for you.

  • Do you remove the empty boxes?

    Typically the technicians at Pro Assemble 505 will not dispose of the cartons or trash in residential assembly projects. We will, however, make sure not to leave your house in disarray. Our technicians will neatly stack the waste for you so it will be easier for you to throw away, and will also keep your home tidy by collecting waste throughout the building and assembly process.


  • What geographic areas do your technicians serve?

    Pro Assemble 505 is a locally-owned and operated installation and assembly service that is currently based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico the areas we currently serve are: Albuquerque, Belen, Bernalillo, Bosque, Cedar Crest, Edgewood, Estancia, Los Lunas, Moriarty, Rio Rancho, Sandia Heights, Sandia Park, Santa Fe, South Valley, and Tijeras. We are looking to expand too, so send us a message if you think we ought to expand to your area!

  • What types of products will your assembly service put together?

    Here at Pro Assemble 505, we specialize in building and assembling – home furniture, office furniture, computer desks, office chairs, fitness equipment, exercise machines, cribs, outdoor grills, patio furniture, lawn equipment, outdoor playgrounds and play sets, bicycles, bed frames and more! Our services are great for any products carried by IKEA, as well as any ready-to-assemble item from Target, Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm and more!


  • Can I ask for a specific date and time for assembly?

    Yes. Pro Assemble 505 is open for service Mondays through Sundays from 8 am to 6 pm. You can request an appointment at any time of the day during our business hours. All appointments are subject the availability of our technicians. In the rare case of a technician missing your appointment due to circumstances out of their control, we will be happy to reschedule your assembly at no extra cost. 


  • How quickly can I be scheduled for an assembly or installation?

    For the most part, building and assembly appointments take place between two days and one week. However, if we aren't busy with appointments then a technician will schedule you for an appointment within 24 to 48 hours. 


  • Will the technician contact me before coming to my home?

    Yes. The technician will contact you the 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your address, your availability, and to get directions to where the assembly will take place.


  • How should I prepare my home for my appointment?

    Before you schedule your appointment, please place all items in the room or area where you want them to be assembled. It is also important to remember to clear the area of any furniture or items to allow enough space for the technician to assemble your product. 


  • Will the Pro Assemble 505 technician bring their own tools?

    Yes. Each Pro Assemble 505 technician has all the necessary tools and equipment to complete each product assembly.


  • Do I have to bring my item to Pro Assemble 505 to be assembled?

    No. We aim to make our services as stress free as we can for our clients, so we’ll come to your home, office or store and assemble your item(s) for you.


  • What do you charge to assemble a product?

    Our building and assembly pricing is very affordable and we also provide excellent and friendly customer service. Please give is a call at (505) 440-3204 and we'll give you a free quote.


  • How do I pay for your services?

    We request that payment for our building and assembly services be made in full by debit or credit card at the time you schedule your appointment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and payments via PayPal. We do not accept checks or cash payments for assembly or installation services.
